| Mobile phones,as the necessary consumer goods for people’s lives now,are being replaced more and more quickly. In China, nearly 400 million mobile phones are eliminated every year and the handling of these used mobile phones has become a social and environmental problem to be solved urgently. In recent years, the online recycling platform of used mobile phones has brought a new breakthrough to solve this problem.More and more mobile phone manufacturers not only recycle through third party online recycling platform, but also open up self-built online recycling platform to directly connect consumers to recycle used mobile phones. As an important participant in the online recycling supply chain of used mobile phones, consumers have different preferences(channel preference, price preference, competition preference)when there are two recycling platforms in the supply chain, and their recycling choices are different. Therefore, the position and competitive relationship between mobile phone manufacturers and third party online recycling platforms in the supply chain also quietly change, and the competition between the two will also increase, which will cause the imbalance of the recycling market, and then affect the stable development of the supply chain. In view of this, from the long-term perspective of the overall interests of the supply chain,it is necessary to introduce a certain coordination contract based on the consideration of consumer preferences,so as to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the online recycling supply chain of used mobile phones, and at the same time to ensure the steady growth of the recovery profits of all participants in the supply chain. After combing the domestic and foreign literature on the recycling of used mobile phones, consumer preferences and the coordinated management of recycling supply chain, based on the theory of consumer preference and supply chain coordination, and considering the influence of consumer preference on the online recycling supply chain of used mobile phones,a systematic analysis of the behavior decision and coordination of mobile phone manufacturers and third party online recycling platforms is carried out.On this basis, through the method of game theory to carry out quantitative analysis,to construct the online recycling supply chain model of used mobile phones considering consumer preference. After analysis,it is found that when the online recycling supply chain of used mobile phones adopts decentralized decision, the profit recovery profit is lower than that of centralized decision, which indicates that there is profit conflict among the members in the case of decentralized decision. Therefore, the revenue-sharing contract is introduced into the supply chain system under the decentralized decision-making situation to realize the optimization and improvement of the supply chain profit,at the same time,it is applied to the actual case to verify the validity of the contract, combined with the influence of consumer preferences, put forward feasible strategy suggestions for the problems existing in the enterprise.By analyzing and exploring the online recycling supply chain model of used mobile phones considering consumer preferences,it can be found that all parties in the supply chain inthe coordination of enterprise utilization revenue-sharing contract, which can effectively promote the optimization of supply chain,so that enterprises and platforms can attract consumers to recycle with more competitive recycling price. At the same time, consumer channel preference, price preference and competition preference have different influence on decision variables and overall recovery profit of all parties involved in the online recycling supply chain of used mobile phones. The findings of this study are helpful for recycling enterprises to develop appropriate recovery strategies and reasonable recovery prices,so as to stimulate consumers’ willingness to recycle, promote consumer recovery behavior, and balance the profits of all participants in the supply chain to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain. |
