Research On Tourism Service Supply Chain Coordination Based On Online Travel

As the development of society and economy,tourism attracts attention from industry and academia domestic and overseas.In recent years,travel agency of the whole country presents weak strength and poor management,which means they are insufficient to be the core enterprise of supply chain to coordinate and influence the other enterprise of the chain.At the same time,travel demand changed and the information technology develop rapidly,online travel grows dramatically and gradually replace the core role of travel agencies in the tourism service supply chain.But as the rapid development of online travel,it has brought a series of problems,such as the great difference between online picture and the reality.To solve the tourism service quality problems caused by the rapid market expansion of online travel business,this thesis introduces the revenue sharing contract to coordinate the supply chain operation mechanism and behavior.Though the analysis,it is found that the introduction of revenue sharing contract can improve the service quality of tourism supply chain without reducing the market share and also increase the profit of each enterprises of supply chain and the whole revenue of supply chain,which can be really helpful to the whole industry.
