With the development of the economic activities and the logistics industry, multimodal transport has become a research hotspot for enterprises and scholars.Under the background of multimodal transport, the port and upstream/downstream logistics service providers form a port supply chain, providing integration service to customers based on road-river transportation and railway-river transportation. This integration will not only increase the overall benefit of the supply chain, but also reduce the total cost of social logistics.Due to the large number of participants in the port supply chain, including port operators, land carriers, shipping carriers, shippers(forwarders),and warehousing companies. The stability of the system has become the key point to the port supply chain management. At the same time, the mutual impact of each other has become the focus of participants.Combined with the actual situation of the port supply chain, the paper proposes to coordinate the agreement traffic between each participant under decentralized decision-making and the agreement traffic under centralized decision-making,and discuss the conditions that the parameters of revenue-sharing contract should meet. Then study the influence of each relevant parameter of the participants in the supply chain and the influence of competitors' decisions on their own when the carrier faces competition.Firstly, based on the newsvendor model, the dissertation constructs a single carrier centralized decision model and a decentralized decision model of supply chain based on revenue sharing contracts under random demand conditions.By studying the optimal agreement traffic volume under the centralized decision and the optimal agreement traffic volume of each participant under the decentralized decision, the condition that the parameters of the revenue sharing contract need to meet is obtained. Moreover, discuss the relationship between the carrier's price and revenue sharing coefficient, the relationship between different types of carrier's revenue sharing coefficients, the relationship between optimal agreement traffic of the participant and the revenue-sharing coefficient, and their respective unit prices. Then, under the condition that the carrier has a competitive relationship, using the revenue-sharing contract to construct a centralized decision model and a decentralized decision model with demand price sensitivity and randomness at the same time.Through the research on the optimal agreement traffic volume under the centralized decision and the optimal agreement traffic volume of each participant under the decentralized decision, the condition under which the parameters of the revenue sharing contract needs to be satisfied is obtained. This paper explores the influence of the competitor's decision on the optimal protocol traffic when carrier facing competition. The relationship between growth extent of expected return value influenced by optimal agreement traffic and competitor's decision. Finally, through the analysis of examples, this paper intuitively expresses the relationship between related parameters and further demonstrates the above conclusions.Based on the characteristics of the port supply chain, the thesis puts forward the conditions for the coordination condition of the port supply chain: optimal agreement traffic volume under the centralized decision meets the optimal agreement traffic volume of each participant under the decentralized decision. In addition, the paper draws on the model of the newsvendor and constructs a revenue function with demand price sensitivity and randomness.Related research has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
