Research On Fund Management And Countermeasures Of ISS Company Under Financial Sharing Mode

In the wake of economic development,in the development of our company continues to expansion,the dispersion of funds is becoming wider and wider.Therefore,how to effectively manage the funds scattered in major branches and subsidiaries has become an important research subject.The Financial Sharing Service Center was born with the development of information technology,and it would replace the traditional management mode gradually.The fund management under the financial sharing mode relies on the optimization analysis and continuous management practice of the enterprise’s internal funds to produce the centralized management of various modes such as settlement center and cash pool,realize the standardized management of the group’s funds,effectively develop the surplus capital,strengthen the monitoring of fund settlement as much as possible,and ensure the security of funds.Firstly,based on the financial sharing and fund management’s literature and theoretical,this paper combines them to study the fund management problems of group under the financial sharing mode.Secondly,taking ISS company which in IT service outsourcing,as the main research objects,this paper adopts literature research method and case analysis to provide support for the fund management and practice of ISS company’s shared service center.After ISS implemented the shared service center,the work efficiency of fund management has been significantly improved,but some problems have been found in the daily fund management process: the bank account management is chaotic and can’t optimize the rational allocation of funds;the complexity of fund settlement links leads to operational errors and untimely handling of fund payment;the voucher information relies on paper documents,which affects the approval efficiency;the instability of information system affects the fund settlement;the staff of the fund management department have a weak sense of responsibility,which makes it more difficult to manage.This paper presents some suggestions can complete the problem effectively: including improving the fund settlement system,strengthening the company’s bank account management system,electronic accounting vouchers,developing robot process automation,strengthening staff training and improving the performance appraisal system.Around the various problems detected in the analysis,this paper also gives relevant suggestions,including strengthening the company’s bank account management system,improving the fund settlement system,electronic accounting vouchers,developing robot process automation,strengthening staff training,and improving the performance appraisal system.In recent years,the fund management settlement process will be shorter for the financial sharing mode of ISS company.The relevant theories about the financial sharing mode of funds will also be increased.At the same time,the company’s fund management level will also be improved which can provide a powerful reference to the fund management departments of other similar enterprises.
