Payroll management has gradually become an important part of the business being introduced by human resource management.The needs of employees are different for different reasons.As market competition intensifies,the pay structure system has become increasingly important.Compensation has a huge impact on employee enthusiasm,survival and business development.The creation and improvement of the compensation system has become one of the most important issues in the personnel management process.He directly affects the survival and development of any enterprise.This article first elaborates on the research results of scholars at home and abroad and the related concepts and theories of pay management.Through an in-depth analysis of pay management and the use of questionnaires and interviews,it analyzes the current status of pay of H company and highlights the pay management of H company.Problems and inequality.Then,it carried out a detailed analysis of Company H's lack of an appropriate compensation adjustment system,lack of compensation incentives,an unreasonable compensation system structure,and reasons.Subsequently,the principles and objectives of improving the compensation management of H company were determined,and the company's fixed salary and welfare salary were formulated,and the company's comprehensive compensation management was re-established.Finally,the performance management system has been improved,compensation management and compensation supervision have been improved,communication mechanisms have been guaranteed,and an excellent corporate culture has been created.These have provided the company with the necessary support and are the guarantee for improved compensation.It is hoped that through extensive research,the enthusiasm and creativity of H company employees will be improved,and the healthy long-term development of the company will be fully promoted.
