The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" promotes the development of Chinese medicine to a national strategic level,and has successively introduced various policies to support it.At the same time,with the aging trend and the rise of the concept of health,the Chinese medicine industry has ushered in new opportunities.However,the development space of traditional Chinese medicine has also been squeezed by modern medicine.As an important carrier of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine enterprises also face technological and market challenges.The development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises has become an important foundation for revitalizing traditional Chinese medicine.As a Chinese medicine company favored by investors,does it really have much room for growth and development potential?How can traditional Chinese medicine companies seize opportunities and accelerate growth in the fierce market competition?It is worth our discussion and research.Pian Zai Huang is known as "MaoTai in Medicine",and it is a traditional Chinese medicine company with great influence at home and abroad.It has some representation.Therefore,this article uses Pian Zai Huang as the research object and relies on the Harvard analysis framework to study its growth.This article first sorts out the literature on growth studies,collating the literature on the definition of growth,influencing factors,and how to evaluate them.Then summarizes the related viewpoints and theories involved in the article.Secondly,based on the 2014-2018 financial data of Pianzaihuang Company,the overview and operating status of Pianzaihuang Company were introduced,and compared with the situation of other companies in the same industry,the company's strategy,accounting policies,financial indicators and prospects were compared in four aspects Pinazaihuang's growth is analyzed in depth.It was found that Pianzaihuang has a clear strategic positioning and competitive advantages in terms of strategy;in accounting,accounting policies are perfect and prudent,and the structure of assets and liabilities is reasonable;in terms of finance,the financial position is good,debt repayment and operating capabilities are strong,and cash flow is sufficient,Full use of assets and stable development capabilities;in the future,the market segmentation has broad prospects.And then came to the conclusion that the company has good growth.At the same time,it was also found that the growth of Pianzaihung was insufficient and the growth was weak in the later period.Based on the analysis,corresponding countermeasures are given,such as optimizing revenue,talent,financial structure,and controlling sales costs.The analysis and suggestions in this article can not only help Pianzaihuang Company improve its own growth,but also provide a reference for the growth of other companies in the traditional Chinese medicine industry,and can also help investors who favor high growth companies.However,the research in this paper also has certain limitations,such as incomplete sample size and wide application range.
