Research On Optimization And Application Of Dispatching Information Project In Xuzhou GH Gas Company

Pipeline natural gas is a common energy in cities.Convenience,stability,safety and quality service are important indicators of natural gas supply.As a large-and-middle-sized gas enterprise in China,Xuzhou GH Gas Company has established a number of dispatching information systems involving production,supply and service in recent years to improve the production and service management process.After more than ten years of development,the existing dispatching information system in daily application,gradually exposed many problems,need to be optimized.In order to optimize dispatching information system and meet the development needs of the company,this paper studies the optimization project of dispatching information of Xuzhou GH Gas Company.By combing the industry literature and the information construction of GH Gas Group,the optimization direction of the project is clear.Using the survey method to collect the problems found in the use of dispatching information system,analyze the current situation,and find that the system is lack of intuition,cumbersome operation,repetitive functions and low efficiency.Through the investigation of 14 large-scale companies in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions,the application and existing problems of each company to the system are understood,the basic principles of the scheme design of Xuzhou GH dispatching information project are clarified,and the optimization scheme is discussed and formulated with each department of the company.According to the principle of security,openness and moderate advancement,this paper suggests that the optimization of information project should be based on the list of information system to be integrated,and then the optimization of system architecture design and the formation of design scheme.For the optimization of information system,a project team should be set up to manage the scheduling information optimization work in a project way.Set up project managers,establish a strong matrix organization,clarify the division of functions,and determine the project schedule.Take the optimization work of each system as an independent sub project to carry out optimization and upgrading cooperation with service providers,build an information management platform,and break through the data barrier between systems.In this paper,we think that the effect of information project optimization shouldbe tested by experiment on the optimization project of production and operation system and customer service system respectively,and then compared with the improvement of the optimized system to predict the effectiveness of information optimization project in integrating existing information resources and improving the scheduling work.In this paper,through the research on the optimization project of dispatching system,the enterprise informatization standard is formulated and improved,the work efficiency is improved,the personnel investment is reduced,and the level of informatization implementation team is improved.At the same time of ensuring the safe operation and high-quality service of enterprises,it is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in an all-round way.It also has certain guidance and reference significance for gas companies similar to the situation of Xuzhou GH Gas Company.The paper has Figure 26,Table 8,reference 123.
