Managers play a vital role in the development of enterprises.Unlike ordinary employees,enterprises should have perfect incentive system and measures to manage and motivate managers.Only by giving full protection and favorable welfare benefits to managers,enterprises can retain these managerial talents.But nowadays,many enterprises have not realized the important role of incentive management of managers in the development and operation of enterprises.At present,for enterprises,how to give full play to the human resources function of enterprises,establish an effective compensation system,make full use of incentive mechanism to absorb talents,retain talents,and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees is the top priority of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes HT Trading Company as an example to study and analyze the compensation system of enterprise managers.In this paper,two research methods,literature review and questionnaire survey,are used.At the same time,with the help of the relevant theories of compensation system,the existing compensation system of managers in HT trading company is studied and analyzed.It is found that there are many problems in the design of compensation system for managers in HT trading company,including the unreasonable compensation structure,lack of effective incentive mechanism,inconsistent and inequity of compensation system,and so on.On this basis,the paper puts forward the ideas and principles of optimizing the compensation system of management personnel,puts forward some targeted measures to adjust the compensation structure,increase performance pay,implement medium and long-term incentives,adjust welfare policies and give non-economic pay,the paper also puts forward the implementation of measures from the organizational,institutional level,etc..In view of the problems existing in the compensation system of managers in HT Trading Company,this paper puts forward some measures to optimize and improve the compensation system of managers,which not only plays a guiding role in optimizing the compensation system of managers in HT Trading Company,but also has important reference value for companies in the same industry.
