Study On Strategic Innovation Of Project Companies Based On Middle-Platform Theory

Most project-based enterprises will face a variety of problems in the early stages of vigorous development.Some problems are caused by deliberate difficulties in the external environment.Some problems are due to the uneven strength of the internal parties.More problems are because the company is at this stage and has to choose the former between sales-oriented and project-oriented.At the sales level,although the company's output value seems to have increased,the problems caused by it have actually aggravated the company's risks.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to look for an innovative enterprise development strategy from the project level,which can solve various project problems encountered by the enterprise in the early stages of development and provide support for the market expansion of the enterprise.This article takes company L as an example,through the observation and analysis of several project facts,summarizing and categorizing,combined with the rise of the middle-platform theory of enterprise management in recent years,deduces the strategic model applicable to this type of enterprise.Thus confirming the strategy can provide sustained power and strong support for enterprise development.By establishing an enterprise middle-platform and creating a project middle-platform,enterprises can frequently reuse internal technical capabilities,project services,and vendor resources,which can effectively resolve various project difficulties and improve project quality and implementation efficiency.At the same time,with the strength and maturity of the middle-platform,it can also create new opportunities in the market expansion of the enterprise and bring about an increase in sales output value.Therefore,this paper hopes to provide some reference value for the strategic development ideas of the same type of project enterprises through the research on the project reform of L company based on the middle-platform theory.
