The infrastructure construction of China has been greatly accelerated with the help of various government financing platforms.However,problems emerged up during the rapid growth of local platforms.As far as the platform business model is concerned,the land reserving and developing,which is the major pillar supporting platform’s revenue,is unsustainable.On the other hand,government platforms hardly turn out to be real market participants,for they are tools of government interfering with market,and at the same time lack of high efficient management and market competitiveness.Under current economic and policy background,local platforms are supposed to make strategic transforming,firmly catching the second great chance of development.Fully aware of the significance of transforming,Local governments have already set to undertake relative studies.Directed by marketrization,government platforms need to constantly develop coporate governance and operate as market-oriented enterprises.Human resources management and enterprise culture should be enhanced.This dissertation tries to find a transforming way for platforms,sampled by a platform corporation,company A,in Chongqing.Emphasis has been put on platform governance,its business and management system improvement,transforming direction,future business sectors planning,and financing innovation. |
