Project Management For Business Consulting Startup OEM VCB Project

This study examined how to establish OEM cooperation model with electric equipment manufacturers from China within the context of startup company by using project management approach,tools and methodologies.Qualitative analysis of VCB OEM business case study is used to identify the full spectrum of the project and its deliverables,to plan and schedule the project implementation by employing the techniques of WBS,Gantt chart,Responsibility matrix and Network diagram with identified critical path.The research provides useful theoretical methodology for how to put into action a mutually beneficial OEM cooperation with a reliable partner,how to develop an OEM business model,how to improve the parameter 'time to market' for OEM electric equipment.The findings of this research also clear the path for Chinese manufacturer of VCB to enter the Ukrainian market of electric equipment with further perspectives to expand their presence into European market area.
