Research On New Industrial Innovation Platform In Intelligent Production And Service Network System

At present,China’s economy is at a critical stage of transformation.National strategy of manufacturing industry reform and innovation,transformation and upgrading: “Made in China 2025” and “Civil-Military Integration” have been promulgated.The aim is to push forward “The structural reform of supply-side” for China’s manufacturing field.Based on the background of this era,the purpose of this dissertation is to build an important driver to promote China’s industrial innovation policies----the new industrial innovation platform based on the “intelligent production and service network system”,guiding the direction and model of China’s industrial structure reform.Firstly,this dissertation explains the relevant research background and research significance;summarizes the research literature in the field of industrial innovation at home and abroad;puts forward the research content is based on the “intelligent production and service network system” as an innovative source of power to build the new industrial innovation platform;and gives the corresponding research method,technical route and the innovation point of this dissertation.Then introduces the relevant theories and conceptions definition in the research process,including the definition of the concept to the “intelligent production and service network system” and the “new industry innovation platform”;and elaborate on the theories used in this dissertation,including “Grey System Theory”,“Jie Ke Theory”,“Pansystems Observocontrol Theory”,“Strategic map theory”.Secondly,this dissertation has planned the basic structure and construction ways of the new industrial innovation platform,including the basic unit of innovation----the “intelligent industry element”,the innovation engine----the “intelligent production and service network system”,the innovation carrier----the “new industry innovation platform”,the basic structures and ways of construction of these three levels.On this basis,this dissertation explores the functions and operation mechanism of the new industrial innovation platform.The important functions of the new industrial innovation platform based on the “intelligent production and service network system” are the major function integration,value network integration and the whole process value chain supply.Systematically illustrates the operation mechanism of the new industrial innovation platform and its subordinate subsystems through the form of graph models.Considering that the participants of the new industrial innovation platform involve multi-stakeholder game,this dissertation introduces “Grey System Theory” into the “Shapley-Value Model”,which to put forward the profit distribution mechanism suitable for the new industrial innovation platform.Through the example,this dissertation discusses the satisfaction problem under the profit distribution mechanism.After that,this dissertation researches how the new industrial innovation platform standardize the economic growth model,rationally allocate the resources of production factors,scientifically pricing the factors of production,make up for the defects of China’s economic system,subvert the traditional mode of thinking of production cooperation,balance the relationship between investment and consumption,which to promote the middle-end or high-end development of traditional industries.From the perspective of system security,this dissertation designs the network Jie Ke(shell)of the “intelligent production and service network system” to protect system security.Using the “Jie Ke Theory” to design the structure of the network Jie Ke(shell)and its opening degree,and then introduces the “Pansystems Observocontrol Theory” to research the observation and control problems of the opening degree of the Jie Ke(shell),and discusses under a certain degree of opening,the network effect principle of “intelligent production and service network system” and its significance in economics and management.At last,this dissertation draws the strategic map of the new industrial innovation platform.On the basis of determining the strategic target of the new industrial innovation platform,based on the “Strategic Map Theory”,draw its strategic map through 4 dimensions: Stakeholders,internal running process of the platform,learning and growth,financial goals.In addition,this dissertation researches the potential strategic risks of new industrial innovation platform from 4 aspects: operational risk,asset damage risk,competition risk,and reputation risk.And finds out the corresponding risk source and error link,designs a series of evaluation indicators as the strategic implementation standard of the new industrial innovation platform,so as to avoid strategic risk as far as possible.To sum up the above research work,this dissertation concludes that new industrial innovation platform with "intelligent production and service network system" as the "engine" of innovation,which is suitable for solving the current problems in China’s industrial structure,which is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.First of all,from the theoretical level,design the traditional industry transformation and upgrading of scientific methods and methods;secondly,from the practical level,building an important tool to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in China.The innovation of this dissertation is to put forward the "intelligent production and service network system" and the new industrial innovation platform based on it;clarifies the functions and operation mechanism of the new industrial innovation platform system;analyzes the principle of new industry innovation platform promoting middle-end or high-end of traditional industries;designs the network Jie Ke(shell)of intelligent production and service network system and analyzes its network effect;draws up a strategic map of new industrial innovation platform.
