| In the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,the development strategy of rural revitalization was put forward,which is the inheritance and development of the rural construction movement in the period of the republic of China and the socialist new rural construction after the founding of the People's Republic of China.How to achieve the overall goal of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,rich life" has become an urgent problem to be solved.Through the multi-dimensional investigation of the economic practice of a multi-ethnic village located in the hexi corridor——the planting of characteristic agricultural products in the plateau summer vegetables,his paper hopes to provide some experience for the development of economically underdeveloped villages and rural revitalization.D village is located in tianzhu Tibetan autonomous county of gansu province.It is a multi-ethnic village inhabited by han,Tibetan,tu and hui ethnic groups.Traditional economic structure to agriculture,animal husbandry as a secondary.Tibetan mainly engaged in animal husbandry,han,hui,tu engaged in agricultural production.After the reform and opening up,with the implementation of the household contract responsibility system,farmers have gained the autonomy to engage in agricultural production,and their enthusiasm for production has been improved unprecedently.After the ban on animal husbandry,animal husbandry gradually out of the village economic life,planting industry alone.Especially in recent years,with the progress of urbanization,the improvement of people's living standard and the change of consumption structure of urban and rural residents,the market demand for high-quality vegetables has been increasing.Based on this,under the realistic situation that the income of planting wheat and other crops is too low,the villagers of D village gradually comply with the market demand.Based on the natural resources of the village,they began to try to plant the characteristic agricultural product —— plateau summer vegetable since 1996 and expanded to all 3,200 mu of farmland in 2007.Because the benefit is hig-her than that of wheat planting,so the planting of summer vegetables on the plateau has experienced a process from sporadic trial planting to full flowering,during which there are frustrations and endless joy.With the gradual decrease of cultivated land area,the increase of production factors under the market factors,the outflow of high-quality labor force,the increase of risks of vegetable planting and the weak ability of farmers to deal with,the plateau summer vegetable planting has encountered the bottleneck of development,faced with the weak potential of increasing production,the double risks of natural disasters and market fluctuations and other problems.Therefore,we must rely on the support of the government and the intervention of professional cooperatives to promote the effective connection between farmers and the market.Specifically,we should solve the development problems from the following aspects:market-oriented,establish the development model of leading enter-prises+cooperatives+farmers;Improve the technical support and training of plateau summer vegetable cultivation;We will improve the disaster prevention and protection mechanism for plateau summer vegetable production.Issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are the key and difficult points in China's modernization and the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In the new era of northwest minority areas,rural revitalization must focus on increasing farmers' income and adjusting village economic structure.Based on regional advantages,the development of characteristic agricultural products is to promote the income of farmers and the prosperity of villages. |
