The Study On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization And New Industrialization In Ch Enfdu-ch Ongqing Urban Agglomeration

New urbanization and new industrialization are the two wings of economic,have promoted the high-quality development of the Chinese economy.New industrialization is the economic support for new urbanization.New urbanization provides a bearing space for new industrialization.The two coordinated development It is an important support and guarantee for economic growth.The Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is relatively developed in the western part of China,with dense population and urban distribution and strong comprehensive strength.Its goal is to "strive to become an economic center of the Southwest,an important modern industrial base in the country,an inland open highland,and a demonstration area for China's overall urban and rural development." The level of new urbanization and new industrialization and the coordinated development of them are essential to achieve the above goals.Taking the 34 regional units of the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration as an example,analyzing the level of coordinated development of new urbanization and new industrialization.First,through the summary and review of relevant literature and theories,and tightly surrounding the social background of Chinese characteristics to build the evaluation index system of this article,Then introducing the coupling Coordination Degree Model to measure the level of coordinated development of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration,and use ArcGIS software to analyze the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of the coordination between new urbanization and new industrialization.Using panel data of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration from 2013 to 2017 to analyze the influencing factors.According to the research results,policy suggestions are proposed to improve the level of coordinated development of new urbanization and new industrialization.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The level of development has risen,but regional disparities have widened.Since 2013-2017,thedevelopment of new urbanization and new industrialization in the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration has been increasing,but the regional differences have continued to expand;The overall level of coordinated development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration has been rising,the level of coordination in Chongqing is generally higher than that in Sichuan.The number of coordinated development areas increased from 3 to 15,and the number of imbalances decreased from 31 to 19.(2)Overall spatial distribution pattern of "high main axis and low on both sides",The development level and coordination level of new urbanization and new industrialization have similar spatial distributions,with Chongqing and Chengdu as the two core growth poles,the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration has a spatial distribution pattern of "high main axis and low on both sides".(3)The six major influencing factors all have a positive effect on coordination.The level of coordinated development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration is closely related to its economic strength,government financial capacity,industrialization level,consumer demand,social fixed investment and market openness.The empirical results show that the coefficients of the respective variables are all positive,the magnitude of the impact is consumer demand,economic strength,social fixedinvestment,industrialization level,market openness and government financial capacity.The consumer demand and economic strength are the main factors affecting coordinated development.There is a space competition effect in the government's financial capacity and industrialization level,it also called the "siphon effect".Finally,based on empirical research conclusions,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed based on improving the level of new urbanization,new industrialization,and the coordinated development of them.By planning a domain from the whole and serving the whole with one domain to help the rapid development of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration.
