Research On The Practice Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Zhongxing Town,Siyang County

To eradicate poverty and improve people's livelihood is the essence of socialism and the mission of the CPC.After 2020,all the people living in absolute poverty under the current standard will be lifted out of poverty.The CPC has completed a historic and phased mission and will move on to solve the problem of relative poverty.The relative poverty problem is long-term,dynamic and complex,which determines that the targeted poverty alleviation work is a long-term and dynamic practice process.Affected by the global COVID-19 epidemic,there is still a long way to go in ensuring and improving people's livelihood at the community level.Located in Zhongxing Town,Siyang County,a relatively backward area in the north of Jiangsu Province,but with a relatively high level of urbanization,it has actively explored how to identify,help and lift itself out of poverty.One year in advance,it has completed the poverty alleviation standard of 6000 yuan designated by Jiangsu Province itself.The experience of helping the relatively poor in Zhongxing Town of Siyang County is of great reference significance for solving the problem of relative poverty nationwide in the future,and for understanding "600 million people earn 1,000 yuan per month".In this paper,literature review,case analysis,systematic analysis,interview and other methods are used to further study the relative poverty assistance work in the next stage after targeted poverty alleviation,and in-depth summary and analysis are conducted on the theory and practice of targeted poverty alleviation.Based on the reality at the grassroots level,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions from such important links as accurate identification,accurate assistance,accurate management,and accurate supervision,aiming at the existing problems.
