Study On Coordination Mechanism And Coordination Degree Of Urban Logistics Park

With the continuous advancement of the strategic goals of a logistics powerhouse,strengthening the construction of logistics infrastructure networks and exerting synergies have become important paths for the development of modern logistics industries.As the main body of the city's logistics infrastructure,the construction of the logistics park has received great attention from the government and the industry.With the continuous promotion of the government and the industry,the scale of logistics parks has grown rapidly.However,for a long time,the development of urban logistics parks has shown problems such as isolated operation,repeated construction,homogeneous competition,and high vacancy rates.The main reason is the lack of coordination and interaction between logistics parks.Based on a systematic review of the coordination mechanism and coordination literature of urban logistics parks,the thesis builds a coordination framework from three perspectives: information coordination,service capability coordination,and business coordination.Among them,information coordination mainly includes advanced technology applications,information platform construction,and information sharing between logistics parks.Service capabilities mainly include service assurance capabilities and service management capabilities.Business coordination mainly includes logistics operator business transactions,logistics business decomposition and cooperation,and business process interaction.Based on the above theory,a coordinated evaluation index system for urban logistics parks was constructed,and a coordinated calculation method was proposed based on the theory of synergy.Finally,take the Shaanxi Commercial Storage Logistics Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Commercial Storage Logistics")logistics park as an example to evaluate the coordination degree of the logistics park.According to the evaluation results of the degree of coordination,the coordinated development strategy of the logistics park was proposed from three aspects,including information coordination,service capability coordination,and business coordination,to provide a feasible reference for the coordinated development of the logistics park.
