Study On The Coordination Evaluation Of Regional Grain Logistics Systems In Hebei Province

Grain is an important goods of people’s livelihood, and logistics industry is animportant part of the national economy as the third profit source of enterprise, the countryattaches great importance to both of them. Coordination of regional grain logistics systemresearch and evaluation has a pivotal role in the optimization and development planning ofregional grain logistics. To reduce the total cost of the regional grain circulation, promotethe efficiency of regional grain circulation and the transformation of traditional grainlogistics to modern logistics, increase farmers’ income, promote agricultural industrialstructure adjustment and the sustainable, coordinated and healthy development of regionalgrain logistics has the extremely vital significance．First, this study analyzed the regional grain logistics systematically with systemanalysis method, reviewed the research status at home and abroad and researched thecoordination theory of regional grain logistics system.Second, from the perspective of the overall system, established index system andstudied the coordination of regional grain logistics system with analytic hierarchy anddistance coordination model of combining quantitative and qualitative methods. On thisbasis, this study evaluated the coordination of grain logistics system in11cities of Hebeicombining the actual coordination of regional grain logistics system in Hebei province.And discussed the necessity to build modern grain logistics coordination system in Hebeiprovince. Furthermore, On the basis of the information platform planned and designed theoverall framework of grain logistics collaborative management model of Hebei provincewith the theory of supply chain, logistics theory, collaborative science, systems scienceand other related theories, based on the information platform.Finally, this paper put forward several policy suggestions about the problems of grainlogistics coordination problems in Hebei province. Based on the entire supply chain ofgrain and information pull, the modern grain logistics system dynamics and operationmode was proposed. From the perspective of contract and mechanism design theory,promoted the stability of grain logistics alliance, achieved cooperation benefits, risk sharing, returns to scale, and provided effective decision-making basis and reference forgrain logistics decision-makers.
