Study On The Offshore Banking Risk Management Of Pingan Bank

As the result of the globalization and liberalization of world economy,offshore banking has become an important part of modern finance.Compare to traditional banking,its risks tend to be higher.Pingan Bank,formerly as Shenzhen Development Bank,is one of the four Offshore Banking bank in our country.The offshoring banking is an important part of its corporate banking,and accordingly its risk management is also very important.The situation of anti-money laundering is very severe both at home and abroad currently.Under this circumstance,this study is very useful to prevent offshore banking risks and improve the risk management level.This paper studies the risk management of Pingan Bank offshore banking.By reviewing the relevant foreign and domestic literature about banking risk management and also offshore banking development and risk management,learning their advanced concepts and methods,analyzing the current situation of Pingan Bank offshore banking risk management,coming into contact with its problems,this article proposes specific solutions to Pingan Bank offshore banking risk management.Furthermore,this paper also put forward the safeguard measures of Pingan Bank offshore banking risk management.Through the study on the offshore banking risk management of Pingan Bank,this paper hopes to be useful for the better practice of improving its risk management and the overall service level as well as the sustainable and healthy development of Pingan bank.
