Recently, E-Banking has made greater achievements in financial market. The online financial transaction volume reached 2200 trillion RMB in 2014. However, its potential risks were exposed in the past years, which raised concern about E-Banking security risks.This paper discusses the three main aspects of risk prevention about Shenzhen branch of Pingan Bank.(1) After discussing the present status of the E-Banking of the branch, the paper analyses its risk management principles, organizational structure, technologies and investigation data.(2) The paper proposals a PDRECF E-Banking risk management process based on feedback and analyzes their risk factors from E-Banking.(3) The paper builds a strategic risk framework based on feedback and three pillars. After analyzing risk factors from the Shenzhen branch, the paper puts forward prevention strategies for risks from the branch, especially risk awareness, reputation risks and technical risksAfter risk prevention strategies were carried on, the Shenzhen branch became an outstanding branch of Pingan bank in 2014 and financial transaction volume of E-Banking increased a lot. This indicated that these strategies were effective.
