Study On Competitiveness In Qingdao Bonded Port Area's Xintai Function Area

Regional competitiveness is a new topic in contemporary regional economic research.It places the object(area)under study in a larger category(large area),compares and analyzes the comparative advantages and disadvantages by applying the comparative economic method and the economic competition principle,and then formulates the strategy of regional economic development and promotes Regional economic development.The issue of regional competitiveness is comprehensive,complex and has many influential factors,including all aspects of social economy: economic strength,industrial and industrial structure,enterprises,science and technology,infrastructure,quality of residents,degree of opening to the outside world and environmental quality.The factors interact and restrict each other to form a complex system with its own structure,function and operation mechanism.Qingdao Bonded Port Xintai Functional Zone is facing unprecedented opportunities for development.However,there are many unfavorable factors that hinder its development.The formulation of a development strategy suited to the Xintai Functional Zone of Qingdao Bonded Port is the key to ensuring a sustained,rapid and healthy development in the region.Based on the above background,this paper studies the competitiveness of Xintai functional area.On the basis of analyzing the status of Xintai functional area,this paper analyzes the political,economic,social and technical environment of Xintai functional zone in Qingdao bonded port by using the PEST model analysis tool,and points out the Qingdao guarantee through the analysis of the moment matrix and the qualitative analysis of the Xintai.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Xintai functional area in Xintai,and the influencing factors of the development of the Xintai functional area are put forward.The analytic hierarchy process and Delphy are used to construct the competitiveness evaluation system of the Xintai functional area,and the first grade index is established,and the two level index is 20,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for the competitiveness and foundation of the economic strength.The competitiveness of Qingdao bonded port Xintai functional area is evaluated in four aspects: facilities competitiveness,industrial competitiveness and social development competitiveness.The results show that competitiveness is "general".According to the actual development situation of Xintai functional area,the improvement of regional competitiveness is put forward from the aspects of economy,infrastructure,industry and social development.In order to better promote the opening and development of the Qingdao bonded port,promote the rapid growth of the Xintai functional area and provide some reference for the improvement of the competitiveness of other functional areas.
