Research On Development Strategy Of Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,all walks of life are exploring the transformation of economic development mode,adjusting economic structure and adhering to the new road of sustainable development.The bonded area is a special customs supervision area that enjoys special policies such as certificate exemption,tax exemption and bonded within the customs territory of China in accordance with national policies and implements the management of "inside and outside the customs".The free trade zone is the frontier of opening up,the bridge and window of China’s foreign economy,and has made great contributions to national and regional development.As the earliest bonded port in China,Qingdao Qianwan bonded port has played an important role in introducing foreign capital and foreign advanced technology and management experience,expanding exports,increasing foreign exchange income and creating employment opportunities.As the core component of Qingdao Free Trade Zone,Qingdao Qianwan bonded port area plays an important role in the development of Qingdao free trade zone.As the only part of Qingdao free trade zone with marine industry,it bears the opening pattern of the free trade zone to the world and is the bridgehead of foreign economic development.Qingdao Qianwan bonded port area developed earlier and has relatively complete infrastructure.Close to Qingdao Qianwan port,it has formed a scale of industry,finance and foreign trade,and its radiation function is strong.It has become an important hub for Qingdao free trade area of Shandong free trade zone to expand international trade and a high concentration area for multinational companies to invest.Through the definition of relevant concepts and relevant theories in the customs special supervision area,and based on the research of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper expounds the general situation,regional advantages,industrial development,import and export trade and logistics development of Qingdao Qianwan bonded port area.Through the design of interview research and questionnaire research,this paper obtains the main problems and causes of the development of Qingdao Qianwan bonded port area,studies the opportunities and challenges of the development of Qingdao Qianwan bonded port area by using strategic analysis tools,and determines the development strategic objectives,strategic priorities and strategic measures in combination with the internal and external resources of Qianwan bonded port area,It is determined that the industry that Qingdao Qianwan bonded port should focus on is to develop emerging industries based on the development of dry port economy,rely on the port coast,make plans for the industry of Qingdao Qianwan bonded port according to its regional economic environment and focus on the development of marine industry,and lay the future development direction of Qingdao Qianwan bonded port by studying its development strategic objectives and strategic implementation guarantee,Provide theoretical support for the development of Qingdao Qianwan bonded port area and the decision-making of Qingdao municipal government.
