Based on this, the author designed a new system to evaluate the mode which is the best for dalian boned port using AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. At last, the author accounted the radius of eradiation using SPSS, and analyzed the result according to the country's plan, to give some suggestion for dalian boned ports development. |
