As an important part of the financial system,the state-owned large-scale commerce is critical to the speed of China's economic development.As the most important and core function in human resource management,"incentive" is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises,and employees are the soul of state-owned commercial banks,especially new employees.At present,new employees have gradually grown into the main force for the development of state-owned commercial banks.How to retain talents is an important proposition for state-owned commercial banks to break through the dilemma and create an intelligent bank.It is also an inevitable move for transformation and reform.The Bank of China YQ branch has been established for more than 30 years,but due to the unreasonable internal employee incentive mechanism and the external environment,its employee turnover is becoming more and more serious,especially for new employees within five years of entering the company.Seriously,this part of employees will join emerging financial institutions such as joint-stock banks,brokerage firms,insurance fund companies,and the Internet after leaving the Bank of China YQ branch.Traditional incentives have little effect on the incentives for new employees,so it is very necessary to develop appropriate incentive mechanisms for new employees in the enterprise.This article is based on the two-factor theory and takes the current situation of the brain drain of Bank of China YQ branch as an entry point.First,it summarizes the reasons for the current brain drain by literature analysis.It is carried out through the cooperation with the director of the human resources department of Bank of China YQ branch and the former employees.Face-to-face interviews to further understand the reasons for employees' departure,and finally to design a questionnaire based on the analysis results combined with internal thrust,external pull and internal suction factors to comprehensively analyze the reasons for the brain drain of Bank of China YQ branch.Issues and problems arising from this type of countermeasures,combined with health care factors and incentives,to improve the incentive policy of new generation employees of Bank of China YQ branch,so as to retain new employees and achieve sustainable development of Bank of China YQ branch.
