In recent years,social insurance fraud is becoming more and more serious,which threatens the effective operation of social insurance system.In the process of handling social insurance business,it is found that the phenomenon of insurance participation after industrial injury is a highly suspected insurance fraud behavior.It is one of the difficult problems in social insurance business audit to identify whether there is industrial injury insurance fraud behavior in the insured event after industrial injury,and it is also the key problem to control the insurance fraud risk.In this paper,the interview mechanism in the social security treatment review of Shanghai employees is taken as the research object to explore the effect of the mechanism in identifying the insurance due to injury(i.Due to the deceptive nature of Shanghai social insurance fraud,it is difficult to make a clear judgment on whether there are industrial injury fraud and other illegal situations in specific cases.Therefore,this paper analyzes and evaluates the overall implementation effect based on the changes of industrial injury insurance business application of Shanghai Chongming social insurance fund management center in the years before and after the implementation of social insurance interview mechanism.Then according to the evaluation results,the paper summarizes the existing problems of the social security interview mechanism from three aspects: the basis of the implementation of the social security interview mechanism,the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the social security interview mechanism and the adverse consequences after the implementation of the social security interview mechanism.Then it uses the game theory analysis method to analyze the internal factors that lead to the insurance fraud behavior of enterprises,summarizes the root of the phenomenon of insurance due to injury based on the information fed back by enterprises during the implementation of the social security interview mechanism,and discusses the difficulties that need to be solved in the implementation process of the social security interview mechanism from the perspective of enterprises.Finally,on the basis of these factors,the author puts forward three suggestions to improve the support system of social security interview mechanism,strengthen the implementation of social security interview mechanism and carry out the follow-up work of social security interview mechanism.
