With the continuous improvement of China's material and cultural living standards,people's requirements for life tend to be diversified,and the demand for tourism is also increasing.In 2017,"global tourism" was written into the government work report for the first time,which attracted wide public attention.Since then,the development of global tourism has risen to the national strategy,and the tourism industry in Henan Province has also ushered in golden opportunities for development.The economic development drives the integration of industries,and the mutual penetration and intersection of tourism and financial industry finally forms the integration of tourism and financial industry,which also lays the foundation for solving the financing problem of tourism enterprises.Although Henan Province has the advantages of natural geographical location,convenient transportation conditions and long history and culture,and the number of tourists and tourism income in Henan Province are also increasing year by year,the development of its tourism in the whole region is still faced with inadequate planning,unbalanced development of regional tourism,imperfect infrastructure and management system,outstanding financing problems of tourism enterprises,etc Problem.The tourism industry in Henan Province has the characteristics of large investment in the early stage,long payback period,large cash flow,outstanding regional,strong seasonal and high sensitivity.It adopts three business models: government direct operation,market-oriented operation and independent operation.At the same time,it is affected by national policy risk,project construction risk,income risk,operation risk and management risk.In order to solve the policy problem of financial industry supporting the development of tourism industry in Henan Province under the background of global tourism,this paper selects l bank's tourism credit policy,which supports the tourism industry in Henan Province,as an example,to analyze and solve the core problem of financing difficulty of tourism enterprises in Henan Province from its credit access conditions,credit strategy,industry risk points and other aspects And put forward management opinions on the tourism credit policy of bank L,such as paying close attention to the relevant policy guidance of the state,strictly controlling the access of the project,selecting the best borrower,enhancing the risk mitigation measures,paying attention to the post investment operation of the enterprise,and reasonably avoiding the risk.At the same time,put forward plans on the tourism credit business innovation of bank L,such as the tripartite cooperationbetween the government and the bank and the enterprise,PPP mode,pledge of income right,etc.On this basis,the development path of "tourism finance" of commercial banks is to integrate resources,establish customer linkage mechanism of tourism consumer finance,increase industrial integration,form characteristic tourism financial service chain,establish credit system,improve the security system of tourism consumer finance,and establish risk control system of commercial banks by using big data.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions of financial support for the development of tourism in Henan Province under the background of global tourism: in the aspect of financing,the financial industry needs to carry out diversified financing;in the aspect of management,it needs to strengthen the construction and management of supporting facilities for tourism projects;in the aspect of technology,it needs to improve the payment and settlement services of tourism industry,strengthen the innovation of financial products,etc.
