The Research Of Tourism Education To Support Henan, S Tourism Development Industry

Along with the rapid development of globalization and diversification of tourism，it is becomingthe world’s largest industry. It is predicted that by2020， China will become the world’s first source and thefourth largest tourist destination. With the rapid development of tourism， hotels， travel agents， touristattractions and other related industries need a large number of high-quality professionals， which givescollege graduates from Tourism Management a broad employment prospects. Tourism Colleges， as thecradle of high-quality tourism professionals， should be the good gatekeepers for the output of Chinesetourism professionals. However， according to the investigation about the employment of tourismgraduates in Henan， many problems exist.In this paper，Combined with the actual situation in Henan, This paper analyzes the developmentstatus, characteristics and the future development trends of the tourism industry and tourism education.Through an empirical analysis of the problems about the Coordination between tourism industry andtourism education development of Henan province, the paper puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the hope ofurging Henan tourism education reform and development as well as the employment of tourism graduates.This paper contains four parts:The first part is an introduction. The background the issue raised and the status of the research areanalyzed. This part also describes the significance and innovations of the research， and the subjects andmethods of the study.The problems about the coordination between tourism industry and tourism education developmentin Henan Province are discussed in Part two. After giving an overview of the development of the tourismindustry and tourism education in Henan Province， combined with relevant statistical data， this partanalyzes the existing problems， so as to provide the reference for countermeasures and suggestions aboutthe development of tourism education.The third part gives an empirical analysis about the coordination between tourism industry and tourism education development in Henan Province.Part IV is about measures and suggestions. Based on the problem analysis， on how to improvethe coordination between tourism industry and tourism education development in Henan Province, fromboth the macro and micro aspects of the development of tourism education in Henan Province， this partputs forward some valuable countermeasures and suggestions.
