China is the homeland of tea,which it is almost 4000 years history from finding tea leaves to utilize them until the present.It is without written records.To the present,there were more than 30 million people,which they have the tea's habit in the globe.With the rapid development of society economy and average GDP,the public need the continuous elevation to material and cultural life progress.Consumption conception and the habit of drinking would confront with various culture renovation and impact.Tea leaf owns its value advantage and potential culture information,in which it could produce important spiritual effect on characteristic culture.With the worsen on common phenomenon and excess industry capacity,domestic tea industry maintained low level.The scale of tea companies presented the small and scattered.Meanwhile,it is the vital period for tourism upgrading and enterprises transformation,Yunnan YZ Tea Group would analysis its macro-environmental,micro-environmental and competitive.From the view of business model innovation,YZ Tea Group organized the resources of main business,in which they presented the innovation of business model,tea + tourism,with the cooperation of controlling of Yunnan ZW Tourism Group.YZ Tea Group built diversified value chain,it could combine the tea production,sale channel with tourism.It did expect to bring the guests flow between tourism and tea industry.It would elevate the operating performance between YZ Tea Group and ZW Tourism Group.And it would build the industry brand for two industries.Tea + Tourism Business Model confronted with policy renovation and punishment.Initially,the model was designed with theoretical foundation,it met the most rigorous 22 Acts,YZ Tea Group's tourism platform had been involved with tourists shopping behavior.It had been pounded and influenced.Although the business model had totally different definition with tourist shopping stores,the customers were consisted with tourists section.The former model would not be suitable for previous version.Consequently,YZ Tea Group had to adjust the operating target to the previous model of Tea + Tourism,and it would renovate the model.It could completely change the former business model,and it would provide the new development channel for the two groups.It would focus on accessing qualified tea,and present the brand travel route for the public.
