In recent years, with the increasingly competitive market appearing, demands of consumers become diversified and personalized gradually, and the only requirement for each enterprise to stand out and get a certain position in the market is to innovate constantly.However, the pursuit of product and technological innovation blindly has been unable to meet the demands of changing market,the only way for enterprises to gain an edge on the competition is through innovative business models. And BOP (base of pyramid) is a burning topic, which not only causes academic research and management business but also attracts widely national attention. BOP groups which occupy a large proportion in our population are huge potential business groups yet need to be the developed and explored.This paper illustrates the definition of BOP market, business model, business model innovation in the first place and looks back on the literature of relevant business model innovation factors, then sets up the influencing factors of enterprise business model innovation. On the basis of behaviors mentioned above, new influencing factors of enterprise business model innovation for BOP market are obtained as the experts give marks for it.Furthermore, T-test is launched to select the influencing factors of enterprise business model innovation for BOP market, and identifies the factors which will be explored in the present paper. What's more,a qualitative analysis is put forward for six influencing factors of enterprise business model innovation of BOP market and measurement dimensions are expounded for both influencing factors and enterprise business model innovation separately.Thus the theoretical model of influencing factors for enterprise business model innovation and research hypothesis are built up based on the studies above. This paper regards the chained catering enterprises as the research targets and questionnaire is used to collect data. SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 are performed to complete empirical analysis. At length, the influencing factors for enterprise business model innovation of BOP market are shown and they fit well with the relevant hypothesis. Correspondingly, the theoretical model for BOP market is established. In addition, each influencing factor is arranged according to their degree one by one, finally some practical suggestions are given for enterprise business model innovation of BOP market.
