In recent years,China's financial leasing industry has undergone earth-shaking changes,and the balance of financial leasing contracts has continued to rise.In the development of the financial leasing industry,the importance of human resources has become increasingly prominent,and it has become the first of the three major factors in the financial leasing industry.However,at present,many leasing companies in China still face human resource problems such as imperfect organizational structure,lack of professional talents,lack of motivation in the incentive system,and lack of “hematopoietic” mechanism for talents,which seriously restricts the development of enterprises.Among them,the problems in performance appraisal are particularly prominent,and have become the bottleneck of human resources management in the financial leasing industry.As an important component of performance management,performance management plays an indispensable role in the realization of corporate strategic goals.Taking A company as an example,this paper studies the performance appraisal system of company A according to the ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.Specifically,according to the background of the development of company A and the internal and external environment,the performance appraisal system of company A exists.The problem is analyzed and the optimization and improvement plan of the company's performance appraisal system is proposed to promote the sustainable development of Company A.Firstly,it sorts out the relevant research results of domestic and international performance appraisal system connotation,standards and methods,and refines the theoretical knowledge related to performance appraisal and performance appraisal system as the theoretical basis of research;then,using survey method,questionnaire survey method and SPSS statistics The analysis method analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the performance appraisal system of company A,and summarizes the deep western reasons of problems in the performance appraisal system of company A.Finally,the problems of the company's performance appraisal system and the reasons for the formation of the problem are proposed.The performance appraisal system optimization plan includes changing the performance appraisal concept,clarifying the performance appraisal content,optimizing the performance appraisal index,introducing the performance appraisal feedback mechanism and incentive mechanism.Finally,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the A company performance appraisal system optimization plan are given,including the system.Security,technical support,human security and corporate culture.Through the optimization design of the company's performance appraisal system,it provides a wealth of theoretical knowledge for the performance appraisal management of the financial leasing industry.It can also provide theoretical basis and realistic guidance for the optimization and improvement of the performance appraisal system of the financial leasing industry.Type enterprise human resource management brings a certain reference role.
