Business personnel is A financial leasing company is one of the most important group,generate revenue for the company and the forefront of risk control,their performance directly affect the current performance of the enterprise.But,this kind of staff in order to complete the performance and the performance fee,regardless of the size of project risk,to hide customer bad information,raise the value of the subject matter,and even help customers loan fraud,etc.,it will bring all kinds of negative influence to the company.For this purpose,the use of reasonable and fair performance appraisal system,improve the existing problems,and improve employee performance and enterprise core competitiveness,it is necessary and critical.In this article,through analysis of A finance leasing company business personnel performance appraisal status quo,combining with the relevant theory of performance appraisal problems in qualitative diagnosis of performance appraisal system;Around these problems,the use of design principle,train of thought,method of performance evaluation,comprehensive optimization business personnel performance appraisal system,and analyses the optimization effect.In this paper,the content of the performance appraisal system optimization includes: by optimizing the evaluation index and index weight design,solve the incomplete assessment index,evaluation index was not fully reflect the business characteristics and weight did not highlight the importance of the work.Through 360 degrees at all levels,and evaluation of employee performance evaluation,including other departments performance evaluation,customer evaluation,supervisor evaluation data,improve the appraisal fairness and comprehensiveness.Shorten the inspection cycle to a month,and improve the performance appraisal results in the proportion of performance pay,design performance wage calculation and salary form,increasing the incentive of business people.Increase the inspection level,cancel the level proportion limit and solve the problem of evaluation standard is not reasonable.According to the material needs and spiritual needs to increase the inspection result application scope,including the applications of the assessment results to welfare benefits,job promotion,performance salary,solve the problem of smaller.From the point of optimized scheme implementation effect,business departments pay more attention to the improvement of profitability,cost control and budget implementation,but also strengthens the business risk control.Effect,more apparent,this paper effective and feasible,and optimize performance appraisal solution to improve the company's performance,motivate staff work enthusiasm has obvious effect,the healthy development of the company more competitive and have a positive effect.
