Since people entered the 21 st century,the development speed of China’s economy has been greatly improved.Under the background of global economic integration,commercial Banks have always been an important part of China’s economic and financial market,and the industry is developing at a rapid speed.In terms of the current development situation,China’s commercial Banks are in a basically open form.With the passage of time,the operating subjects of the banking industry and the types of financial products are increasingly diversified.In the daily operation process,the competition between different Banks is becoming more and more obvious.Throughout all the point of the development of industry,the commercial bank itself has certain particularity,its particularity mainly embodied in the uniqueness of the business activities,it is because of this uniqueness to further embody the important role in the process of talent competition in the commercial bank,also makes the most of the commercial Banks for their own performance management evaluation work too much attention,in general,appears in the form of performance evaluation assessment management changed the traditional management mode,enterprise in use at present,most enterprises are used in daily business management performance evaluation model.The application of this model has played an important role in the operation and development of enterprises,based on the balanced scorecard theory,from the perspective of strategic management,the performance evaluation of commercial Banks,on the basis of research findings and summarizes the problems in the performance evaluation management,and from the enterprise strategy,personnel structure,governance structure analysis of the causes of the problem.This paper adopted the method of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)combined with qualitative quantitative research in the balance scorecard performance evaluation mechanism,design and method,on the basis of building the MM for BSC commercial bank performance evaluation management system,effective combined enterprise strategic management and performance evaluation,make up the defects of the traditional system performance management system.So that performance evaluation management can really serve commercial banks and enhance their competitiveness in the market.
