An Optimization Of Fresh Food Processing Of CH Company's Whole Supply Chain Value Driven By Community Model

The development of the Internet and cold chain transportation has promoted the crossregional sale of fresh agricultural products,increased the demand for fresh agricultural products,but also led to the rapid development of fresh processing industry in recent years,the market competition is fiercer.With the development of supply chain management concept and information technology,single supply chain operation mode tends to diversify constantly.The market competition of fresh agricultural products is no longer the competition of single enterprise or single organization,but the competition of the whole supply chain.This paper describes the current research situation of supply chain of fresh agricultural products at home and abroad,and combs the existing mode,operation process,traceability system,safety concept of supply chain of CH fresh processing company so as to find out the problem factors that affect the supply chain of CH company,and analyze the weight of each factor by AHP,list the supply chain problem of CH company according to the important degree of the problem factor,and analyze the research conclusion and summarizes the causes of the problem.Then this paper combines the existing agricultural product processing supply chain model classification and the innovation model research,proposes to adopt the community model to drive the CH company entire supply chain value optimization.And analyzed its production basis,implementation steps,paths and the feasibility of implementation in CH company.In the realization countermeasure of the whole supply chain value optimization of CH company,it puts forward that the whole supply chain value management system should be established first.The process of realizing its optimization is divided into four stages: infrastructure construction and internal strategy construction,internal supply chain community construction,external supply chain community construction,and whole supply chain dynamic alliance.Finally,it uses the balanced scorecard and the index project to establish the evaluation system of the whole supply chain value management,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the fuzzy relation matrix,as the basis of the comprehensive evaluation.Through the investigation,process analysis and overall planning of the whole supply chain value optimization driven by the community model of CH fresh processing company,this paper constructs a new idea for the future development of supply chain of CH Company.
