Current supplier selection methods are pursuing more and complete, practicalguidance in the food processing enterprise is not strong, and complex operationsdirectly led to the enterprise business process is complicated, it is unbearable for foodprocessing enterprises. According to these situation, combining with the actual projectrequirements, set up food processing enterprise characteristics, simple science, strongoperability way of supplier selection.This paper first elaborated the supply chain, supply chain management and foodprocessing enterprises of supply chain management related theory, and thecharacteristics of food processing enterprise supplier selection under the condition ofsupply chain is analyzed. Including based on supply chain under the condition of theprinciple and characteristics of supplier selection, supplier selection based on supplychain under the condition of food processing enterprises. And then focuses on foodprocessing enterprise supplier selection strategy problem. Simple introduces thevarious methods of supplier selection, and through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is chosen as the comparing the choice of more suitable way, introduces therelevant theories of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and by building a model toshow the analytic hierarchy process the selection process. Reasonably choosesuppliers, is not only the foundation of the normal operation of enterprises andguarantee, and relationship to the whole supply chain efficiency and the enterprisecompetitiveness. This paper analyzes the evaluation index system of supplier shouldfollow the general principles, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to thesupplier selection problem. Quantifies the qualitative indexes, reduce too muchsubjectivity in the traditional supplier evaluation; The supplier selection process, cansignificantly improve the efficiency of the enterprises to choose suppliers. Thismethod considers factors such as price, quality and service in the proportion ofchoosing supplier, at the same time, considering the actual constraints such as policies,supply ability, has the feasibility and practical significance in practical application.
