Since the first half of the 20 th century,network technology developed rapidly and information began to diversify.Actors in the cyberage are beginning to value their own value through collaborative sharing with their stakeholders.As an intangible resource embedded in the social network structure,the social capital has attracted the attention of scholars in different disciplines and has been successfully introduced into different fields.BeiHai H company is a small agricultural by-product processing enterprises currently and it mainly produce the sea duck eggs products.Since established in 2015,after constant groping and development,the company has completed its first stage in just two years,and rapidly developed into a rising star in its regional industries.Faced with such rapid development,increasing external pressure and fierce competition of talents in its regional industries,the company needs to analyze its current employment situation in detail and make plans for its future development and management.At present,more than 90% of the company’s employees are local low-cost workers recruited by their managers through their social capital,so,this paper analyses their local employment experience from the perspective of social capital and gives some suggestions for improvement.First of all,this paper reviewed the social capital,different ways to hire people by means of literature research.And then states its impact on the enterprise management.Secondly,investigate the employment status of the BeiHai H company through field observation and sampling survey,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the local employment,point out the employment problems of social capital in the company.Finally,In response to challenges and trends within and outside the company,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.I hope this study can help the company to find key problems,and the way to achieve the standardized management and sustainable development of the company.In addition,it is also hoped that this study can provide theoretical and practical reference to other small and medium-sized companies of the similar mechanisms.
