Groups born after 1980’s is an important part of our country’s human resources, has become the subject of numerous employees. And their parents, who born after 1960’s,or after 1950’s are different in education since 1977 due to the reopening of the state’s emphasis on education continue to strengthen. The generation basically been a good basic education, and human capital more; In social capital, fathers through the efforts and contacts accumulated decades of their offspring also laid a certain foundation. In addition, people born after 1980’s compared to most of them are only children, they enjoy all investment from the family. The employment information asymmetry labor market is not perfect, lack of jobs and other causes, but also indirectly led to unequal employment opportunities, but also for the social and human capital provides a space for the operation of the employment process. From the perspective of family social capital point of view, a given stock of human capital, family social capital more families, their children more likely to get in touch with the employer, the possibility of greatly increased access to occupational status, more likely to get high-quality jobs. From the perspective of human capital point of view, even if different family social capital, but also by virtue of their job abundant human capital to obtain a satisfactory job. There are currently about employment issues have a lot of endurance, most of the studies focus on education reform and restructuring of the market, from the macro to analyze and seek solutions to problems. Different from the above study, on the basis of previous studies, from the family social capital and human capital two angles to data from China’s General Social Survey, based on structural equation model building, analysis of both the contemporary " born after 1980’s " affect the quality of employment, and launched the following studies:From the perspective of social capital, social capital will be divided into two families: the family socio-economic status and family social network, establish the impact of structural equation analysis of family socioeconomic status on the quality of employment and social network to explore family and employment quality correlation. Furthermore, since the family socioeconomic status also affects human capital accumulation, and thus indirectly affect the quality of employment, and therefore build a second structural equation analysis of its impact on employment by the quality of human capital. Starting from the perspective of human capital to build a third structural equation, exploring the impact of human capital on the quality of employment. Finally, the fourth to build a comprehensive structure of the first two equations together to explore the role of both the quality of employment. So,we can get these conclusions:a family socio-economic status and quality of employment positive. On the quality of employment, human capital plays a greater role; 2 family social network weakly correlated with the quality of employment; 3 human capital and the quality of employment positive correlation; 4 family socioeconomic status have a greater impact on human capital, thereby indirectly affect the quality of employment; 5 family social capital than human capital plays a greater role; 6 " born after 1980’s " quality of employment is generally not high. And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of the above problems.
