Performance Evaluation Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In The Enterprise Industry

Targeted poverty alleviation is a national policy of poverty control put forward by the government in the new historical period.It is of great significance to the realization of poverty alleviation by the current standards and the successful completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.As the core measure of targeted poverty alleviation strategy,industrial poverty alleviation plays a decisive role in the final victory of targeted poverty alleviation.However,the theoretical circle has not given a clear answer to the status quo of targeted poverty alleviation in enterprises and the evaluation of their performance.The case study method is used to analyze the practice of industry targeted poverty alleviation of Elion,establish the performance evaluation system of industry targeted poverty alleviation,and evaluate the performance of industry targeted poverty alleviation of Elion by using the analytic hierarchy process.The result shows that the industry targeted poverty alleviation of Elion has achieved certain results in the four aspects of economy,management,society and ecology,with good performance in economy,management and ecology,and there is room for improvement in social achievement.Based on this,put forward: enterprises can further precision industry combined with the enterprise development strategy for poverty alleviation,continuous innovation,internal external agglomeration based on the social capital network,continuously enhance core competitiveness,so as to help enterprises in the income of poor people out of poverty and development,realize the goal of enterprise and the poor multi-win-win situation.The research conclusion not only has reference value to the theory and method of industry targeted poverty alleviation evaluation,but also provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to carry out industry targeted poverty alleviation more effectively.
