Study On The Evaluation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Xinying Township Of Yuzhong County

The targeted poverty alleviation work is an important measure to improve the quality of life in poor areas and reduce the number of poor people in China in recent years.It is also an important agricultural project for Gansu Provincial party committee and the provincial government.To carry out accurate poverty alleviation effect evaluation,it is of great significance,extends to the theory of evaluation content,emphatically from the natural,material,human and social aspects such as establishing comprehensive evaluation,through the systematic analysis of farmers poverty and poverty alleviation mechanism,use the prophase research accumulated data and tracking investigation and the collected panel data,applying analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to precise evaluation on the effect of poverty alleviation policy research.In practice,under the guidance of the precise poverty alleviation policy,it is beneficial for the government departments to intervene or influence the livelihood decisions of farmers,and guide farmers to adopt diversified means of livelihood.By focusing on the public opinion,we provide relevant information to all sectors of society,so as to put the targeted poverty alleviation under the sun,and eliminate the phenomenon of "digital poverty alleviation" in some places,the identification of dislocation,and the absence of help.Based on the theory of knowledge,using analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method,accurate poverty alleviation effect of each index weight,establish a set of suitable for XinYing Township precision poverty alleviation effect evaluation system.The poverty situation,characteristics and causes of the new camp were analyzed.This paper describes the measures taken by the precision poverty alleviation work of XinYing Township,and then makes an empirical analysis of the precision poverty alleviation effect of XinYing Township.Finally it is concluded that XinYing Township precision poverty alleviation work in "relevance" "effect" rating for the "happy","relevance" poverty alleviation work for "highly relevant" "effect" as "satisfactory","sustainability" rating for "sustainable",get Xin Ying Township accurate overall effect poverty alleviation effect evaluation for the conclusion of "success",points out the XinYing Township precision problems of poverty alleviation,summarizes XinYing Township accuracy and precision for poverty alleviation in the poverty alleviation work experiences and lessons;To provide ideas and countermeasures for improving the quality of targeted poverty alleviation work for XinYing TownshipThe evaluation of precision poverty alleviation in XinYing Township provides a theoretical basis for the local government to explore the idea and countermeasures of the targeted poverty alleviation work,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of the follow-up precise anti-poverty work.
