Study On The Performance Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Kashgar Xinjiang

Poverty is a problem that has always plagued countries around the world.Poverty has also hindered China's economic and social development.Therefore,only by adhering to the general goal of socio-economic development and eliminating poverty can we achieve common prosperity.Poverty is not only an economic problem,but its occurrence will be accompanied by a series of social problems.Therefore,how to eliminate and alleviate poverty is also a common concern of the party and the state,local governments at the level,and charities and individuals.In the past 30 years,the marginal declining effect of the poor in China has been significant.Most of the poor people and regions have been lifted out of poverty,but there are also some "old,young,border,and poor" regions.Many remaining problems and slow social development have made it difficult to overcome poverty."Targeted poverty alleviation" is an important policy theory of the country's poverty alleviation.Its new ideas and latest standards,based on actual conditions,carry out targeted poverty alleviation and change the model of poverty alleviation to "drip irrigation".It has become the leading strategy for poverty alleviation and development in rural China..As one of the contiguous poverty-stricken areas,Kashgar is an important agricultural production area in southern Xinjiang.It is located in a remote area,where ethnic minorities live in a large proportion,and its development is lagging behind."It is an important issue currently facing the country,and it is more related to the stability and development of Xinjiang.In recent years,the Kashi region has made bold attempts in targeted poverty alleviation work and achieved gratifying results.In order to better explore the results of the targeted poverty alleviation in Kashgar region and find better experience in targeted poverty alleviation,this article starts with accurate identification Select 21 indicators in 5 aspects,and use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the performance of precision poverty alleviation in Kashgar,in order to provide theoretical and policy support for precision poverty alleviation.he full text is mainly divided into five chapters: Chapter 1: Introduction,firstly expounds the background,purpose,and significance of the research,and summarizes them;Chapter 2:Introduces the concepts and theoretical bases related to precision poverty alleviation.The extension of the basic concepts related to poverty,related theories,and the theory of precision poverty alleviation are explained,and the theoretical foundation is laid for the later part;Chapter III: mainly introduces the status quo and existing problems of precision poverty alleviation in Kashgar.According to the collection of relevant data,it is known that the targeted poverty alleviation in Kashgar has achieved great results in recent years,but there are also some problems due to its own weakness,such as: backward transportation and other infrastructure due to its remote location;Agricultural development is the main factor,but because of the backward development of technology,the sales of agricultural products are slow.Most of them still rely on traditional offline sales;due to its lack of excellent teacher resources(teaching resources areinterrupted),advanced education equipment,etc.behind.Part IV: But an empirical analysis of the performance of regional precision poverty alleviation.This chapter uses the analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively analyze the research of Kashgar poverty alleviation performance from five aspects such as precise identification.Chapter 5: Results analysis and countermeasures.Based on the problems existing in the previous chapters and past poverty alleviation achievements and precision poverty alleviation practices,it is summarized.Combining the requirements of targeted poverty alleviation work,and put forward suggestions for effectively promoting targeted poverty alleviation work and improving the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.Through subjective and objective empowerment evaluation,the targeted poverty alleviation in Kashgar shows an overall upper body trend.From the known conclusions,we can see that the overall effectiveness of poverty reduction is significant.The increase in income of the poor is the most obvious;and because of the increased support for projects in contiguous and extremely poor areas,the project's poverty alleviation has achieved significant results in targeted poverty alleviation.According to indicators such as the withdrawal of the poor and poverty alleviation through education,the results are also obvious.Although significant progress has been made in poverty alleviation in Kashgar,there are still problems such as slow improvement in infrastructure.
