In modern human resources management,career management is an important means for enterprises to effectively manage employees,grow employees and optimize the allocation of human resources.It can not only guide employees to develop to the needs of enterprises,but also improve their abilities,professional qualities and competitiveness through career planning and management.Therefore,career management is of great significance to enterprises and employees.This paper studies the background and significance of career planning and management of young employees in joint-stock commercial banks,and introduces the ideas,methods and possible innovations of this study.Then it discusses the theory of joint-stock commercial banks,young employees and career management.P Bank Z Branch was established in 2001,with an average age of 33 years.The employees generally have the characteristics of young employees: high education,high ability,full of hot pillow,independent personality,innovative thinking,pursuing value realization and so on.At present,Bank P Branch Z has established its own human resources management system,which still can not meet the requirements of young employees' career management.Through questionnaires and interviews for young employees,this paper carefully studies the current situation and existing problems of career management of P Bank Z Branch,then carries on the reason analysis,and puts forward the optimization strategy of career planning and management of young employees of P Bank Z Branch according to the problem analysis.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the career management of young employees in joint-stock commercial banks.This study can not only enhance the importance of P Bank Z Branch to career management,but also provide suggestions for solving the current situation and problems of career management.It can also provide reference for the career management of young employees of joint-stock commercial banks in China.
