Manufacturing industry is the foundation of a country.Actually,a healthier pace of national economic growth can't be achieved without basic manufacturing and innovation.In recent years,China's innovation investment in many fields has rapidly increased,such as intelligent manufacturing,information technology and modern services.Based on this,our basic innovation and service manufacturing capacity has significantly improved though a large gap still exists when compared with western manufacturing powers,especially in high-end manufacturing.In addition,the information wave together with the service economy and knowledge economy has gradually bridged the industrial gap between traditional manufacturing and new services,thereby a newly-service-oriented manufacturing model emerged.Guided by “Made in China 2025”,the programmatic document for the comprehensive development of national manufacturing,this thesis studies service-oriented manufacturing,one of the nine strategies and the performance evaluation of its supply chain in combination with enterprise research and case analysis.First,under China's intelligent manufacturing and supply-side structural reform,the significance of service-oriented manufacturing research is summarized.After that,a research review on service-oriented manufacturing is elaborated on the basis of numerous literature on it by domestic and foreign scholars.After the conceptual and theoretical summary of service-oriented manufacturing,the research on the performance of service-oriented manufacturing supply chain is made clear.Combined with the characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing supply chain,a mature balanced scorecard evaluation model is adopted and the evaluation dimension is expanded to finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth and service.Based on this,an evaluation index system of service-oriented manufacturing supply chain performance is initially formed and it is proved reliable and valid via expert questionnaires.After a series of selections and tests,a comprehensive evaluation index system for service manufacturing supply chain performance is taking shape.Secondly,on the one hand,considering many qualitative indicators in the system that can measure customers' feelings and service quality as well as the relations within these indicators;on the other hand,on account of the difficulty of collecting raw data of quantitative indicators selected.Therefore,the Analytic Network Process combined with comprehensive evaluation method was finally adopted.Above all,based on the interrelationship among different indicators,Super Decisions software was used to construct the network structure for service-oriented manufacturing supply chain performance evaluation,and the weight of each indicator is calculated.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the performance of serviceoriented manufacturing supply chain.Finally,company C,which is at the core of service-manufacturing supply chain,is selected as a case,and the empirical analysis of the performance of servicemanufacturing supply chain is based on the internship experience in the company.By using the above performance evaluation methods,it is concluded that the performance of C's service-manufacturing supply chain is “good”.In fact,the results are basically consistent with the actual situation of the company,thereby the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified.
