Research On The Construction Of H Company's Bulk Commodity Supply Chain Service Platform

On October 13,2017,the general office of the State Council issued the guidance on actively promoting supply chain innovation and application,which raised supply chain innovation and application to national strategy.Bulk commodities such as crude oil,non-ferrous metals,steel,agricultural products,iron ore,coal,sugar,etc.are widely and in large quantities used as industrial basic raw materials in industrial and agricultural production and consumption,and the construction of supply chain is more important.This study starts from the relevant literature review and sorting,through the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions faced by the construction of H company's bulk supply chain service platform,finds that H company is faced with the opportunity to build a bulk supply chain service platform,and has the resources and conditions to build a bulk supply chain service platform,which can be divided into three modules: cloud storage,cloud logistics and cloud finance.Build supply chain service platform.In the end,this study puts forward the construction of safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,personnel,system and so on.This study believes that H company's bulk commodity supply chain service platform provides an integrated value chain ecosystem service system for bulk commodity industry chain,which integrates information,transaction,logistics,finance and warehousing,and can effectively integrate social stock capital to promote the circulation of industrial assets,thus realizing the closed-loop operation of information flow,capital flow,logistics and business flow,reducing the circulation cost and improving the circulation.Circulation efficiency,ensure transaction safety and optimize the productivity structure of industrial chain.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the construction of H company's bulk commodity supply chain service platform,so that this supply chain service platform can play an early role,realize business docking,resource sharing,complementary advantages,and play a strategic synergy effect.
