Today in the twenty-first century, under the background of the era of economic globalization, industrial clusters as a regional scale operation organization mode, has become a worldwide economic phenomenon, is also a national and regional economy sustained growth in high-speed prosperity of an important factor. Now global market competition, the enterprise own efforts alone is difficult to obtain long-term competitive advantage, must joint upstream and downstream enterprises, rely on the whole community to jointly enhance competitiveness; Industry cluster on the other hand on the geographical location of agglomeration effect, can make them by sharing the adjacent channels, information and technology resources in the region, can give full play to the scale and scope of industrial cluster effect., therefore, to realize supply chain coordination under the industry cluster of enterprises, organizations establish a cluster of collaborative supply chain has become a domestic enterprise production and operation to reduce costs, improve their own competitiveness, the necessary way of entering international market. About supply chain coordination management research has a long history, but the supply chain coordinated management and application mode of industrial cluster, and the establishment of a collaborative system hasn’t been enough attention, which is directly related to the durability of the industrial cluster under the collaborative supply chain and operational efficiency.This article is based on the characteristics and requirement of supply chain of industry cluster development, to build of cluster enterprise supply chain collaboration management mode were discussed, and according to the need of industry cluster of supply chain collaboration services, collaborative cluster supply chain service platform is put forward, to participate in the organization, building foundation of platform, network structure, function and system operation mode is analyzed, and the research results into time, guide case cluster supply chain collaborative service platform construction, the main research results are as follows:(1) On the cluster supply chain service platform construction mode, at the same time, this paper expounds the platform construction of architecture and its related functions;(2) Management mechanism of cluster supply chain service platform operation are analyzed, operation of platform security mechanisms are comprehensively discussed, pointed out that the security of cluster supply chain service platform and the normal operation of the need to establish the basic mechanism, security mechanism and promoting mechanism.(3) With the specific case of cluster supply chain service platform construction are analyzed, this paper introduces the case platform construction background, building mode, operation management, etc., and from the government and the enterprise two aspects of supply chain platform security measures are put forward.
