Feasibility Study Of Foreign Trade Supply Chain Service Platform Project Of Zhejiang A Group

After the European and American economic crisis, the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises of China are facing serious economic environment such as weak overseas demand; the domestic enterprise production and operating cost improving constantly, the financing difficulties and exchange rate risk. At the same time the domestic foreign trade supply chain service enterprise meet the strong demand of market and developed very well.The A group of Zhejiang foreign trade supply chain service platform project which we study in this paper established under this background that the market of state-owned foreign trade enterprises trying to developed from traditional patterns of international trade export to the patterns of providing integrated service mode transformation of foreign trade. This project plan to construct a e-commerce platform which based on the supply chain financing product "YITOU" platform for foreign trade service and provide one-step integrated service of foreign trade for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang province.Because of the big amount of investment, short time development of the business,the market risk and uncertainty the scientific and rigorous feasibility study is necessary. It is able to provide the conclusion in aspects of economy, technology and market for the decision of project decision-making. This paper used the various methods of project feasibility study integrated. Related marketing theory, the theory of risk assessment, financial analysis theory of knowledge are used and combined with the experience in the practice of foreign trade services in the study of A group of Zhejiang foreign trade supply chain service platform feasibility study. I combined with the actual situation of this project and try to make a feasibility of comprehensive scientific conclusions and system work for the decision-making of this project.This paper study and analysis comprehensively the background and general situation of the project, the market demand, the project of internal and external environment and the project targe market first. Then it put forward and discussed the project’s business model and profit mode accordingly. It put forward the project marketing plan after the SWOT analysis of the project. Then it carry out the further research of the feasibility of this project according to the analysis of the financial benefits, risk control methods of analysis and sensitivity analysis.
