Most mobile operators make great effort to occupy the college markets because of the huge numbers of steady customers.The communication industry is facing new situation,the competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer with the popularity of the internet.There is a decrease in the efficiency of companies and an increase in the employee mobility in recent years.The three operators are facing the problems of the reduction of the quality of new employees and high demission rate.Furthermore,the human resource management of enterprises faces more challenges due to the pressure from inside and outside.Customers have learned to choose mobile operator on the basis of the satisfaction and the experience of products.In this case,the mobile operators have to think about the construction of human resource.The operational human resource is highly concerned by the mobile operators owing to its value.This dissertation aims to put forward some practical suggestions and solutions about the construction of human resource for JXM network company.Some basic theories are used to analyze the problems of the construction of human resource for chosen company.Moreover,this research is based on a big amount of reference and the case study of China Telecom and NTT DoCoMo.
