After the reform and opening-up,with the development of market economy and the continuous improvement of income level,the importance of family education from all walks of life is also increasing.Family education and training industry has developed rapidly.Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company came into being under this background.At the same time,Beijing’s family education and training market is also developing,and the industry competition is becoming more and more fierce.How to survive in the fierce market competition,how to make full use of the advantages of enterprises to formulate a reasonable development strategy to win the development advantage,has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company,as one of many private educational institutions,is in a critical period of development.In order to solve the deep-seated development problems,it is necessary to formulate its own development strategy to guide the long-term development of enterprises and cultivate core competitiveness.This paper takes Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company as the research object,according to the theory of strategic management,using the methods of literature,system analysis and field investigation,using PEST,SWOT and other analytical methods,analyzes the internal and external environment and industry environment of AJ Company,and studies the development strategy of Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company and the guarantee measures of implementing the development strategy.The framework of this paper is as follows:The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background,research significance,research content,research methods and so on;at the same time,it collates the relevant research literature at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly elaborates the theory of corporate strategy and related strategic analysis tools,the characteristics and development status of family education and training.The third chapter mainly analyses the current situation and development dilemma of Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company.Chapter 4 analyses the development environment of Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company,including internal and external environment and industry environment.Based on SWOT analysis,the fifth chapter puts forward the development strategy choice of Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company.We believe that Beijing AJ family education and training company should choose centralized growth strategy.According to the development vision,mission and strategic objectives of Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company,we believe that Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company should choose centralized growth strategy.The business level strategy of centralized growth strategy is market penetration strategy and market development strategy,while the function level strategy is marketing strategy and human resources strategy.Chapter 6 mainly discusses the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy of Beijing AJ Family Education and Training Company,including enhancing the Capital Ability,the improvement of service capacity,the improvement of organizational structure,and the guarantee of human resources.Chapter 7 summarizes the whole paper.
