With the development of economic globalization and the intensification of market competition,supplier management is playing an increasingly prominent role in enterprise procurement.In order to achieve high quality,low cost,rapid response and flexible production,enterprises must rely on a set of scientific supplier selection and evaluation mode to find excellent partners.At present,many enterprises do not form a comprehensive and systematic evaluation system when evaluating and selecting suppliers,so they cannot choose strategic partners through effective management of suppliers.This phenomenon will inevitably greatly affect the competitiveness of the supply chain.OEM outsourcing manufacturing mode enables enterprises to get rid of the investment of high assets brought by their own manufacturing,and meanwhile enables enterprises to focus on developing their own advantages and responding to the market quickly.This model has promoted the development of the furniture retail industry,the process of urbanization and the rapid emergence of high net worth people,the role of furniture has gradually become a life attitude and enjoyment from necessities,and the market of high-end furniture is expanding day by day.However,the resulting competition is increasingly fierce.Under the premise of building its own brand,how to control the cost and cope with the rapid change of the market,and how to establish a scientific and operable system has become the key for furniture circulation enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.This requires furniture istribution enterprises to improve the management level of OEM suppliers and carry out internal control of procurement business under a feasible scientific system.It is under this background that this paper studies H company's OEM supplier evaluation system.In H company OEM supplier selection and evaluation study,strictly follow questions,analyze and solve problems of research model,based on the company supplier selection and the problem of the evaluation system of research,and based on the theory of supplier management,build the AHP model analysis,in order to provide policy recommendations to solve the problem of the company.Firstly,this study elaborated the specific research background,purpose and significance,sorted out the research results on supplier selection and evaluation at home and abroad,and elaborated the thinking framework and research methods adopted in the study.Second,this study based on the analysis about the present situation of H company OEM supplier selection and evaluation,found in the process of supplier selection and evaluation,evaluation index and evaluation method on all the problems,the evaluation process is not reasonable,the evaluation index is not comprehensive,standard coverage narrow,lack of scientific system and centered on cost of positioning error cooperation and other issues are to be solved.Then,it analyzes the causes of the existing problems in the selection and evaluation of OEM suppliers in H company.The main reasons are that H company's selection principle of OEM suppliers is not strong,too much attention is paid to cost,and the evaluation system is not perfect.Again,in order to supply chain management related theory as the instruction,in view of H company in supplier selection and evaluation of the current problems,this paper USES repeatedly through the Delphi method to form the expert investigation and study,in a wide range of indicators give five primary index and refine 17 factors as secondary indexes,and then,combined with AHP method to construct evaluation index system of supplier selection,thus to build effective OEM suppliers selection and evaluation method of H companyselected high quality suppliers,reposition and supplier relations of cooperation.Finally,this paper summarizes and analyzes the limitation of this paper.This paper tries to start from the actual situation of H company and explain the general problems of furniture enterprises.Analyze the causes of these problems and propose improvement methods in line with H company's development and effective implementation to help similar companies find problems in OEM supplier management.For the evaluation indicators of suppliers,the indicators of concern of various departments are confirmed through internal discussion,and the corresponding index weights are confirmed by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,so as to ensure the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the index system.Finally,the process is reconstructed and the analytic hierarchy process and partnership solution are proposed.This method is conducive to the benign competition among suppliers,effectively improve the efficiency of the enterprise's supply chain and enhance the pertinence of the selection strategy of suppliers,thus laying a good foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise,helping to build the core competitiveness of the company,and providing certain reference value for the management of suppliers of the same type.This paper mainly USES literature research method,investigation research method,analytic hierarchy process for research.
