Research On Construction And Implementation Of The Docking Framework Of Sinopec Financial Sharing Business Based On Project Management

Recently,the level of global economic integration has continued to deepen,The research on financial management has been deepening,and China has begun to study foreign mature theoretical research.Sinopec Group took the lead in introducing a new approach to financial management-financial sharing services.In 2014,Sinopec Group established a center for financial sharing management in Dongying,and a similar center was established in Nanjing one year later.The group stated that it will connect the financial information of all its subsidiaries to the two centers by 2021.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the financial work of the whole group,the two centers in Dongying and Nanjing have a huge workload.Therefore,a more scientific business docking model should be built to ensure the financial information sharing within the group.Based on the introduction of research background,significance,literature review and theoretical support,this paper analyzes the establishment of Sinopec Financial Sharing Service Center,the implementation of financial sharing business docking,the existing problems of Financial Sharing Construction,and the necessity of the establishment of financial sharing business docking framework,so as to propose the establishment of Sinopec Financial Sharing Center Business docking framework 。 Based on the theory of project management and the analysis of specific cases,this study combines the financial sharing currently established by Sinopec Group with the integration of Sinopec subsidiary companies into the sharing accounting process.Referring to the basic theory and measures of project management,it studies the business docking and implementation process of Financial Sharing Service Center,and tries to summarize a set of suitable finance Implementation methodology of business docking of service sharing service center.Taking the project implementation cycle as the time axis,the implementation method decomposes the key tasks and forms an implementation framework with both theoretical basis and practical operation possibility.Taking Yihua company as an example,it studies the implementation process and effect of its business docking,summarizes the successful experience and improvement suggestions,and has reference significance for domestic enterprises to carry out financial sharing business docking.The paper has 5 pictures,22 tables,and 60 references.
