With the continuous development of China's economy,private enterprises have become an indispensable part of our economy.Many relevant theories of enterprise management have been well used in private enterprises.Performance management,as a very important part of human resource management,is a typical representative,which can play a significant role in promoting the development of private enterprises.However,from the current situation,due to many reasons such as the late start of private enterprises and the lack of perfect management,most of the performance management of private enterprises still has many problems to be solved.Based on the performance management theory,this paper designs a practical and feasible employee performance management plan for Yanmen Qinggao Food Company based on the performance management theory,which ultimately helps the company achieve its strategic goals.In this paper,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method are mainly used to conduct in-depth research on the performance management of Yanmen Qinggao Food Company.The research contents mainly include:Firstly,based on the questionnaire survey of the current performance management of the company,the problems of performance management are found out,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Secondly,based on the rationalization of the company's strategic planning,the design of the performance management plan is clarified.Objectives and principles,based on the theory and method of performance appraisal,designed the performance management system of Yanmen Qinggao Food Company from several aspects: performance planning,performance coaching and communication,performance appraisal,performance feedback and representation,and application of performance appraisal results;In order to ensure the effective operation of the performance management system,a complete performance management system safeguard measures were established from the aspects of establishing performance management organization,improving the performance appraisal system,and strengthening training and communication.The research results of this paper have practical significance for improving the performance management of Yanmen Qinggao Food Company and realizing the company's strategic goals.It has reference value for the improvement of other private enterprise performance management systems.
