| With the rapid economic development in recent years,China's urbanization is also facing new demands.New industry city,as a new urban model,has the characteristic of " integration of production and city",which makes it more and more important today.There are many development modes for industrial new towns,and PPP mode can combine the operation experience in the capital market,the ability to obtain resources and the advantages of the government in management,and is increasingly selected as the current development mode.In the process of rapid urbanization,regional economic development in various regions needs to adopt a multi-pronged approach to realize renewal and reconstruction in order to meet the development needs in the new era.In this regard,PPP mode is very suitable.According to the 2017 government work report,China will continue to promote the construction of new urbanization,optimize the regional development pattern,and further promote the transformation and upgrading of the real economy.China Fortune Land Development Co.,Ltd.(CFLD)is a developer who used PPP mode to build an industrial new city earlier in China with the strong comprehensive strength.As the research case in this paper,it is typical and representative.The research in this paper adopts the method combining case study and literature retrieval,and made a performance study on CFLD's application of PPP model to develop new industrial city.It is analyzed from various angles and compared with CMSK and ZJ INNOPARK.It proves that the application of this model to develop new industrial city is feasible,effective and has certain advantages.PPP model is of great significance for promoting the better construction of new industrial towns and promoting the urbanization development process in our country. |
