With the continuous development of financial technology and financial products,the types of financial institutions are increasing,and the flow of financial talents is increasing.How financial companies introduce and train talents has become the benchmark of talent strategy formulation of financial institutions and the key to their transformation and upgrading in line with market and policy regulation.The strategic change of the company needs the support of talent review,which can help the effective docking of talent strategy and company strategy.Since the cross-cutting business activities and higher business complexity than the general financial institutions,financial holdings companies have obvious characteristics of systemically important financial institutions.financial holdings company employees need professional financial knowledge,operating experience and so on to maintain the company’s compliance and stable operation.This paper takes the application of Y Financial Holdings Company’s talent review as an example to study.Y Financial Holdings Company was founded in 2012 and is a state-funded financial holding platform.Y Financial Holdings Company currently has financial licences such as banks,securities,futures,public funds,leases and so on,basically forming a non-bank financial holding development pattern with securities and leases as the core.Following the logical thinking of "raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems",This paper expounds a series of methods of talent inventory adopted by Y Financial Holdings Company in order to maintain its own development under the situation of continuous upgrading of financial regulation and control.From the enterprise talent reserve situation,organizational structure,job design,talent review strategy,assessment criteria,evaluation methods,salary and incentive scheme,etc.,the article analyses the Y Financial Holdings Company’s talent review rules and puts forward corresponding solutions.This paper provides ideas for Y Financial Control Company to build a talent development system suitable for the overall development,to help it continuously enhance its own strength,and to adjust the personnel of state-owned enterprises.
